Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., earphones, wearable gadgets, or opened electronic accessories) unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund after reviewing the issue.

Please include photos or a short video showing the problem when you contact us.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days after approval:

Contact your card company; processing may take additional time.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it after delivery following our return policy.
